261 s*x workers claimed France"™s 2016 law based on the Swedish model — decriminalising the sale of s*x, but criminalising the purchase of s*x — violates the European Convention of Human Rights.
Today, the Court affirmed that this is an admissible case, emphasising the harmful consequences of this law.
