Ein tolles Fundstück, in dem ich sehr viel gefunden habe, was ich für mich auch unterschreiben kann:
"This is a coming out post. I'm not cis"

(ich hoffe, das passende Board gewählt zu haben. Es steht irgendwie genau so quer zu den Titeln, wie zum Thema)

Geht los mit "My entire life I"™ve not been a girl or a woman." Soweit, so bekannt, hm?

Aber dann:
I knew I loved women early in life. It wasn"™t any major revelation, because to me, gender seemed to be such an arbitrary line to draw between what you were and weren"™t attracted to. It was a non-issue, because I legitimately didn"™t think in those terms. [...] I"™m painfully aware of how misguided I was initially when I started listening to trans people, because the concept of switching one gender for another made no sense to me. I didn"™t understand how anyone could "feel" like a man or a woman, because I didn"™t feel like either and was projecting. [...] Gender wasn"™t a thing to me, any more than infrared light is, but that doesn"™t make those things any less real, it just means my eyes don"™t work on that spectrum.
Und nach sehr viel Lebens- und Leidensgeschichte, was bei mir glücklicherweise viel einfacher abgelaufen ist, kommt das Fazit, das wieder gut zu meinen Empfindungen passt:
I don"™t know what I am yet, but I know what I"™m not.
I"™m not straight. I"™m not cis, and I don"™t think I can keep pretending to be cis just to get by. I"™m not a man. I"™m not a woman. I don"™t want to be a man. I don"™t want to be a woman. I don"™t ever want to have the pronouns conversation because I feel equally apathetic to being called "he" or "she" so I guess if you just want to be accurate go for "they" but I won"™t be offended by any. I"™m not a crossdresser. I do have gender dysphoria. I don"™t have an ideal self in mind. I don"™t know if I want hormones or surgery, but I don"™t think so because I don"™t think that they"™d help me move forward, since it still seems like you have [only] two options there.
Und damit wäre auch gleich erklärt, warum mein Bart dran bleibt :)
